Although you can access your webmail from within cPanel, you can also log into a dotCanada email account directly from the Internet. The path to use, once your domain name is pointing to our servers, is:
http://yourdomain.com/webmail
The username is the email address you are trying to access.
The password is the password set for the above email address.
For example: If you've set up “user5†as an email account on “yourdomain.com†for username, enter user5@yourdomain.com, and whatever password you've set up.
Please do not use your cPanel user name and password to log into webmail. You will be logged into a generic account that is not fully configured to send or receive email.
One you have logged in, select Horde or Squirrelmail or RoundCube. These are different e-mail interfaces you can use to create, read and reply to e-mail. They all access email from the same place, so it does not matter which you choose, and you can switch between them freely.
In order to log into webmail, you first must create an email account from the Email Account section of your cPanel.
