Logging in to your cPanel account
Your cPanel account is where you manage your website files, email accounts, databases, and more for your dotCanada.com hosting service.
Direct cPanel login:
- Visit https://{hostname}.mysecureservers.com:2087 (where {hostname} is your server hostname provided in your welcome email)
- Enter your username and password that was emailed to you when your account was set up
- Click the Log in button
Logging in through your Client Area:
- Visit https://clients.dotcanada.com/login
- Log in with your WHMCS client credentials
- Navigate to Services > My Services
- Find your hosting package and click Login to cPanel
Note: If you don't remember your cPanel password, you can reset it through the WHMCS client area or contact our support team.
Security tip: Always log out of your cPanel when you're done, especially when using a public or shared computer.
