Updating Your Billing Information in WHMCS

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures uninterrupted service for your dotCanada.com hosting account. Here's how to update your billing details in our WHMCS client area:

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to the WHMCS Client Area at https://clients.dotcanada.com/login
  2. Click on Billing in the top navigation menu
  3. Select Manage Payment Methods
  4. Here you can:
    • Update existing payment method details
    • Add a new payment method by clicking Add New Card
    • Set a default payment method
  5. Fill in the required information and click Save Changes

Updating Billing Address & Contact Information

  1. Log in to the WHMCS Client Area at https://clients.dotcanada.com/login
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Account
  3. Click on Edit in the Personal Information section
  4. Update your information, including:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Address
    • Company details (if applicable)
  5. Click Save Changes
Important: For security reasons, you may receive an email confirmation after updating your billing information.

Switching Between Existing Payment Methods

If you have multiple payment methods on file and want to change which one is used for automatic payments:

  1. Go to Billing > Manage Payment Methods
  2. Find the payment method you want to use
  3. Click Set as Default
