Your WHMCS client area account is where you manage your billing, support tickets, and service information.

  1. Visit the WHMCS login page
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click Submit
  5. Check your email for a password reset link (including your spam/junk folder)
  6. Click the link in the email
  7. Enter and confirm your new password
  8. Click Reset Password
  9. Once reset, you'll be able to log in with your new password
Note: Password reset links expire after 2 hours for security purposes. If your link expires, simply repeat the process to get a new one.

  5. Enter and confirm your new cPanel password
  6. Click Save Changes

If you cannot access your WHMCS client area and need to reset your cPanel password:

  1. First, recover your WHMCS password using the steps above
  2. Then follow the process to change your cPanel password through WHMCS

  • Verifying payment method details
  • Answering security questions if previously set up
Important: Never share your full password or credit card number with anyone, including our support staff. We will never ask for your complete password.

Preventing Future Password Issues

After regaining access to your account, consider these security best practices:

  • Set up two-factor authentication for additional security
  • Use a password manager to generate and store complex passwords
  • Keep your contact information up to date, including alternate email addresses
  • Make sure dotcanada.com emails aren't being filtered to spam

If you continue to experience login issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
